​How Do I take General Care With Jafy's Jewelry?

Each piece of Jafy's jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore it's delicate. So, to enjoy your Jafy's Jewelry piece and in order for it to last for a long time, please use the appropriate care. In the "Tips" section of this site you will find useful information to your jewelry maintenance.



How can I take my measures to order a piece of jewelry?

To learn how to measure your own wrist, neck, finger or ankle, please go to my "FAQ - measures" page on this site and read the detailed information available. You will learn all you have to do to take your measures and order your piece of jewelry correctly. To access to this page information you will only be asked to enter your email addressTake note that al​​​​​l the m​​​​​​easures on this site are in ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​centimeters (cm) and millimeters (mm).​​​​​​​

​How Do I Place An Order?​

Here you can find a step-by-step information explaining how to proceed if you want to make an order from JAFY's. It´s quite simple. Just follow the steps below to receive your accessories comfortably in your home:

For Both Portugal and International Sales:​

1º - You must choose the fashion accessories you want to buy on the online shop page of this website;

2º - Then click "Add to Cart" for the accessory you want to order; if you want to order several different accessories you must repeat this step for each one of them;

3º - After "Adding to Cart" all the accessories you want to order just click on the "Cart" button on the top right side of the page to proceed with the ordering process and go through the payment online;

4º - In your cart please confirm if the quantity and the product is correct before you go on to the next step; if you need to, you can correct the quantity or remove the accessory right here in your cart;

5º - If all the information in your cart is now correct, click the "checkout" button for going on with the checkout process;



Payment And Shipping For International Sales:

6º - By clicking the "checkout" button you will be directed to the PayPal website to make your payment (www.paypal.com); a new window will open on the PayPal website with the correct amount of your order plus the amount of the shipping costs for your order.

7º - Confirm your payment on the Paypal website;

8º - You may only use PayPal system for payment (available directly from our site on your cart);

9º - JAFY's will send you a confirmation email of the reception of your payment;

10º - JAFY's will send you your order by mail (post office); Alert: some destinations could take about 30 days to receive the order;

Get your order in your home comfortably!

Please be sure to enter the correct and complete shipping address for your order on your paypal account. Jafy's will send your order to that address.  If you wish your order to be sent to someone other than yourself, a friend's address for instance, we will need you to submit the recipient's name, address and phone number. So, you will have to send an email to jafysfashion@gmail.com with the address you wish to send it to, after your order and payment is complete.

Jafy's is not responsible in any way for orders shipped to incomplete and incorrect addresses.

Also note that there is an automatic $15.00 reshipment fee to reship orders due to customer order entry error.

Payment and Shipping for Portugal Sales Only:

You can choose another payment method: bank transfer; for this option please send an email to jafysfashion@gmail.com so that we can give you the details;

If you prefer, send an email to jafysfashion@gmail.com with your choise, attaching the image files of the accessories you chose and mention your address so that we can send you the order;

JAFY's will send you an email with all the informations about the shipping costs for your order and the total amount for the bank transfer;

After receiving our email with the total amount you should make the bank transfer for payment and send the proof of your payment by email to: jafysfashion@gmail.com (if your option was the bank transfer);

JAFY's will send you a confirmation email of the reception of your payment;

JAFY's will send you your order by mail (post office); For portugal you can receive your order in about 3 or 4 days.

Get your order in your home comfortably!

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options:

All the orders placed on the Jafy's site are 100% secure. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Jafys.com. I believe that the security of your personal informations is a top priority issue for you but it is also top priority for me as well. I will make sure that all of your orders from Jafy's are processed with complete confidence and responsability. I will be worthy of your trust. All the information you provide about yourself is only used when placing your order, only to complete that order. I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete this order. The information you provide about someone else when placing an order to send to a friend will be used only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.

I guarantee the security of your payment transaction. When you order from Jafy's, your information and payment are secured through the paypal site. 
Paypal is one of the safest and most used methods of payment worldwide, to pay for your purchases on the Internet. It is 100% secure!

It allows you use funds from either your bank account or credit card. You can use it with confidence. Your transactions are protected by PayPal's sophisticated fraud prevention system.

All you need is a PayPal account to get started. If you don't have one yet just go to the paypal site (www.paypal.com) and sign in. It's fast and easy to set up.

I recommend using PayPal as it is an instant payment method which will allow your order to be sent faster.

In order to guarantee this level of security and for your convenience I accept PayPal payments only (for international sales).

For Portugal only I also accept bank transfer. Please read the informations in the above paragraph "Payment and Shipping for Portugal sales only".

Shipping Specific Issues:

Shipping is calculated based on weight of the item(s) ordered and includes a very small handling charge. Normally, postage is paid by the customer and typically sent by regular mail, which is the cheapest price to send your order, within 1 business day to 15 business days after the receipt of payment. However, the unexpected sometimes happen and you may be in a rush for your order. So, if you need an order very urgently I can certainly send it to you by express mail. The only inconvenience for you is that a "rush" is always a little bit more expensive.

I typically use regular or express mail, but if you prefer UPS / DH L/ MRW, that will be possible as well. The costs for this kind of postage will be informed to you by email as you make your order.



 

 

 

 

 











 

 



To Check The Status Of Your Order:

Go back to the confirmation email Jafy's sent you after you payment. In this email you will find your order number. Send me an email to jafysfashion@gmail.com and reference this order number asking for the status of your order. Don't forget to mention your name (or the name you used to make the order) on this email too. I will give you an answer shortly.

The First Come, First Served Policy:

​As I explain on the "About Me" section, Jafy's jewelry is exclusive and unique. It means, I don't make the same piece of jewelry twice. So, if I receive several orders to the same piece of jewelry, it will be sent to the person who made the order for it at first. All the other orders will be refunded immediately (only take into account the time zone between countries). After that refunding you can order a different available piece if you wish.



Returns & Refunds:

I strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction. I am committed to selling high-quality handmade jewelry and I believe you will love what you ordered and enjoy using it. Each accessory from Jafy's is always submitted to verification and quality control before being shipped. So, I am sorry but Jafy's accessories can't be returned, exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. Customized pieces are not cancelable.

Please make sure that you check your orders carefully before you confirm them.

However, if something isn't right with your accessory, please let me know sending an email to jafysfashion@gmail.com and, of course I commit myself to solve your problem in the best possible way.

Newsletter:

The only moments the email address you supply at the time of your order can be used is to send you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. Also as one of my valued customers you may receive a newsletter with discounts, offers and promotions. Of course, you can remove from my list at any time as you want to. I also use return email address to answer any email I may receive.

Typographical Errors:

If, in any circumstance, a Jafy's jewelry creations piece is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Jafy's jewelry reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order placed for that incorrect price listed product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your paypal account or credit card charged.

In this case, Jafy's jewelry Creations will refund the amount you already paid to your paypal or credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Packaging
My goal on this is to get your order to you on time and in good condition. So, you will receive your order in a beautiful silver gift box (some bracelets are sent in color gift boxes), carefully well packed in a sturdy package, so that you receive your piece of jewelry in good condition and with a pleasant look. This way your order will be protected on its way to you. If you are making an order to send to a friend's address I can personalize your order with a beautiful message or gift wrapping. Or both! You choose! The message can be your own words. Just let me know the words you want on your message.
